Ah, look at it! Such a beauty. Sadly, a beauty that didn’t stay long.
A review, after 1 year and 3 months later on using it daily.
Boy, a gadget that does everything from MS Office, to streaming music using your EDGE sim card. I mean, it did all. And as you can see, it is like carrying a mini laptop. Many raving reviews regarding this mini laptop. But how well stand in the test of time?
AWWW YEAHH!!!
I just got it today at Fry’s for $79.99. I was thinking of getting it through amazon.com since they’re offering the game at the same price, and also, NO TAX! But, the adrenalin rush just holding the box was just a tad too much to handle. I just got to have it.
Yeah, I haven’t been spending much on games these past months, and I think I do deserve it. (well, that is what I’d like to think)
Other games that is currently on my watch list are:
TEKKEN 6
So, as for now, I’m just a happy kid!
For a while I’ve been dreaming about getting a GPS as a treat for myself. With my bluetooth cellphone, why don’t I get just a bluetooth GPS that I could carry around and also it could connect to many different bluetooth phones.
NOT ANY MORE!!
Google just recently launched the new “Beta” (v.2.0) of their Google Maps Mobil. The only cool thing about it is that it could figure out where you’re at depending on which tower you use to access the internet. (which is usually pretty near from you).
This technology is actually pretty old. I think people in the US are always scared of the “Big brother” is watching. But in many asian countries, they have utilized this technology to greet you when you’re in a mall, or actually offer you discounts on things that are near you.
But, hey!
Better late then never right?
One thing not to get you confused, this is STILL NOT A GPS and also, this is only a BETA. What does it mean? It means that the software did not find your correct position. (5% of the time, it is WAY OFF! - 10 miles off!!) It also means that, each time you want to find your proximate location, you have to refresh the “My Location” icon. To find out more, jump to here: http://www.google.com/gmm/mylocation.html?hl=en
So, for those who haven’t tried it, feel free to go to www.google.com/gmm with your mobile phone. I use a windows mobile smartphone (HTC Excalibur AKA T-Mobile Dash) and it works flawlessly. A co-worker of mine is using the Sony Ericsson P990i, and couldn’t get it to work because it was not set up yet to work with it.
Well, what are you waiting for?!?
– Beware that it does require internet access from your mobile service. I suggest for you to signed up an internet package with your mobile service provider.
GPS Phone?!?
I’m not craving as much of it, but it is always cool to get a direction that updates automatically.
I don’t know why kyoko didn’t put any explanation in that picture but I think I should..
That big picture were our middle school when we were in Indonesia. it was also kyoko’s elementary school. I graduated from there just about 2 years a go, but Kyoko.. it was about 15 years a go.. The building are still the same until today. Although the teacher keeps changing. Kyoko has a teacher that he really hates in there. I know her. she was also my teacher..
We miss that place. sometimes on the phone we talked about it. we made a plan, one day we should go back to Indonesia together and go there together. I think it will be fun..
